Panoramic Hemispheric Fisheye IR Illuminations

I am trying locate a Panoramic Hemispheric or Fisheye IP Camera that has IR Illuminations built in, so far I haven't been able to locate either one.

 

If anyone has a link to such an animal it would be greatly appreciated.
