arthertbc0702 0 Posted January 9, 2014 Hi all, I'm new to to this forum, so its nice to be a part of the forum. I just recently purchased the above DVR, and I think its pretty good DVR. Having just changed the DVR only, the images seemed to have improved a lot and remote viewing appears to be much smoother than previously when using my Geovision PC based system. However, I have a few queries which I need help with and would appreciate some comments. I called the Swann tech support line but was not given any useful information, so here goes: 1) Can I change the OSD from white to black? 2) Is there a way to make the DVR power on automatically after a power failure? 3) I cannot seem to access my DVR via web browsers such as Firefox and Safari. How can I do it? 4) I have 16 cameras, but the Swannview on the iPad doesn’t seem to be able to view all 16 at the same time. I have to choose 9, which is not ideal for me. I noticed that Swannview Plus HD is able to view 16 cameras, but I am unable to connect to my DVR using Swannview Plus HD. Thanks all! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
