AlienEko 308 passwords forgotten. Factory reset. Help

Hi,

 

We have a AlienEko 308 DVR system and we have forgotten user and admin passwords.

 

MODEL: ALIEN308

SERIAL: CER01464

 

We have 3 users installed in the system one of them is admin. We have tried admin/12345. No success.

 

We have tried to open the cover, remove battery, disconnect HDD, remove all power supplies, hold the power button. No success.

PLEASE help us factory reset the device to get it configured.
