luckyfella 0 Posted February 15, 2014 The fan is on to keep it cool. It's a ptz, not a radiator with a thermostat. Don't worry so much about it. Once the camera is installed you won't hear it or see it. Just install it and enjoy it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
