I've got an Avigilon setup and wondering if I were to buy a few Hikvision cameras that are ONVIF compliant, is it possible that they might work with the Avigilon software so I don't have to use different software for them? Just curious.. I don't see the HIKVision cameras listed on their avigilon website as being compatible.. Is ONVIF one of those standards with fairly loose settings such that it's possible they might not work..?? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tcarson 0 Posted March 2, 2014 I have both 3MP Hikvision dome and bullet cameras running on Avigilon Control Center without any issue on motion recording. The HDSM appears to be working as well with it recording at full resolution but displaying the lower resolution when not full screen in the client. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
