I've posted this problem elsewhere but I really am at the end of my tether.

I have a Seculink H.264 basic set up. Two cameras.. It is set up fine except I have large white writing across the the camera's view. I have the words "Return", "Middle" and "BLC" . I am sure this came about when I had a mess with the PTZ.

I have tried and tried to rid this. If I mess with PTZ the words change (eg: middle, low, high) but they stay there.

Can I do a factory reset to fix this and if so HOW ?

All help appreciated.

Oh dear, I have no idea what's going on here

 

I have recently purchased a WALVISION HD5004 720P 4 camera system.... I cannot see a serial number visible on the outer case... (I have not opened it up to see if there is one inside)

 

The cameras are set up and work wonderfully, HOWEVER.... The device won't let me into it anymore :-/

 

We did not initially set up a password so Username "Admin" and password blank should still work, BUT, it does not

 

Any ideas how we should go about getting back in to it?

I have a Jooan model JA-4208T-US 8 channel dvr, product date 20170402. I wrote down the admin and another user's passwords, but none now allow me to enter, and I don't know how to reset.
