Password reset

I have a Aver NV6000 windows 7 based system how do I reset the supervisor password, in Geovision there is a password reset application which can remove reinstall password, is there anything similar on Avermedia too

Hi from home scrre click setup then user accounts

 

Add remove admin rights can all be done from there

Can you tell me, why my recorded missing after i change the supervisor password on Aver NV 6000 series software on windows 7..

 

is there any relation between change password and than the program auto delete the last record that recorded by the aver NV6000 which login by supervisor old password..?.

 

i meant like this :

- Login with first passwor - > the sofware running well and recorded video on 2 hours - > i change password - apply - restart aplication - Daammm..!!!! i missing recorded video on 2 hour before change password.

 

is it possible..??
