Lev444 0 Posted January 31, 2014 Hi, my DS 8016 DVR device has a problem - I can connect to it and watch cameras online by laptop/computer with its web interface, but when I try to connect to it with an apple device (via device's official soft "A viewer") or another mobile device, it logs on normally, but does not show videos, there are black rectangles with camera names instead of video.
