file system iCATCH DVR X11 series

Hi at all.

I have a problem with iCATCH DVR X11 series.

I need to know how can I recover some file that are lost and was very important for meaning.

I note that file system is crypted: sombody know how is possible to read it ?

iCATH don't answer me about possibility to recover record files and I don't know how can I resolve my problem.

Somebody can help me?

No, I don't know file system codify.

When I try to read file system I note that is not normal, different from LINUX file SYSTEM standard, because this machine use a linux embedded operating system. Do You have some ideas about this possibility to read file system? I have to recover important file inside this hard disk but I don't find information and iCatch don't answer me to my question. I asked them about a possibility to give me a service : I send HD and them resend me file recovered. But NOTHING !!

Do you have try the software iCMS(window) for playback the HDD directly. While directly Hdd to pc(window). Pm or email me, when you need the software.

I have done an HD clone and I'm working with this.

The old version of ICMS, it able can playback direct from the HDD(which unpluged from the DVR), please ask me via my email address.
