bartdivanov 0 Posted February 2, 2014 Just purchased Swann Security system from Sams. Tried to export data to USB, then open the files in Windows or Mac. Did not work. The files are mp4. Any suggestions on how to open them? QuickTime also complains it is not a valid mp4 format. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
