anykeeper video problems

I installed anykeeper dvr card in my computer and the only way that I can see cameras its in a whole window, when I try to see 16 Cameras, in each windows appears 4

Does anyone know what kind of problem I have

You need to go back in your configuration settings and go over your preferences for screen setup

Some versions of AK software show the wrong model DVR - say 8 channel instead of 16.

 

This is true with Ver 3.4 versus 4.1.

 

If you are using 4.1 then switch to 3.4 client
