Axis camera software v synology software

Have several axis cameras and connecting to synology NAS. Just curious if any of you have tried either the axis software or symbology software. Which would you go with ? Advantages of each? Disadvantages of each?

Are you trying to compare Axis Camera Companion, their free software to Synology Surveillance Station (free for 1st cam, ~$50/cam after that)? Or are you trying to compare Axis Camera Station (~$100/cam) to Surveillance Station?
