Ptz control via dvr and keyboard

Hi I have 3 pelco spectra 4's set up to a kbd300a keyboard but I want to control the cameras over the internet which I can if I connect directly to the dvr, what is the way to connect if I want to operate the cameras from both keyboard and dvr.

 

ATM I have all 3 cameras running rs485 on pelco d.

As you might know u can't just connect the rs485 + and - directly to the dvr and keyboard cause it just won't work

To control a PTZ camera, I find it easier to connect a ptz controller ( like thenone shown below) rather than using the DVR remote control.

THe kbd300a he referred to in his original post is a PTZ controller.
