Hi. I don't know about the rest .... But 10/2016 does not have a reset code .... Password is entered on first install ...... So you only need to do a hard reset and follow the setup in instructions hiks from 10/2016 no longer come with installed passwords and telnet has been remover

Thanks for your reply a lil more info though how do o hard reset. I have spoken to hik who said they will team viewer me and fix them that way but I'm at work when they are at work which does not work for me.
