jakeyeddy 0 Posted February 26, 2014 Hello All! New to the forums, and was wondering whether or not any CCTV experts would be able to give me some advise on my current CCTV configuration. I'll start from the beginning. I am unable to access the CCTV from outside the network. Now, a couple of months back I had managed to successfully configure CCTV remote viewing by configuring a port forwarding rule, for the watch port 8016, which was pointed towards the DVR box. Setting it up this way was successfully, and I was able to view the CCTV on a network stream via RTSP, as well as via the Securix Client software on laptops outside the network, and also using the Securix Client Mobile, was able to view on both Android and iOS phones. Now, since then we have had a new EFM connection installed, which has in turn changed our public IP address. I again, forwarded all the required ports to the DVR box and added the associated rule, however it now does not seem to work. I am unable to view outside the network via RTSP, WebGuard, Securix Mobile, or any other method. When the new EFM connection was configured, we also purchased a new draytek router, which I then assumed was the cause of the problem. So, I forwarded the ports on both the PFSense Firewall and the Draytek router, and I also opened the ports from within the Draytek router, however still no success. I have now run out of ideas as to the cause of this problem, as I am no CCTV expert, which bring me to your community. Current Setup: 2 x PFSense Firewall, both with there own Gateway address. 1 x Draytek Vigor 2920n Router 3 x ZyXEL ES-2024 (Discontinued Model - ) I will also include screenshots of configuration in a .RAR File (3 Attachments Maximum? ) CCTV Problem Pictures.rar
