clifford 0 Posted March 7, 2014 hi,ive got a swann dvr with pro 535 cameras.Yesterday the night vision on one of the cameras stopped working even though the infrared leds still light up.The camera works fine in day mode but is black at night with only the slightest bit of picture.Nothing has been changed and am wondering if anyone has any ideas what might be wrong Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

uaichina 0 Posted March 9, 2014 Hi, Just move the DC12V PSU nearby the camera. I bet the distance from camera to DC12V is more than 1 meter. When IR light begin to work, the power consumption is large, at this time, the PSU can't give enough power to camera. That's why camera turn off, but IR light still working.
