t3chsupp0rt 0 Posted March 19, 2014 is the NVR prompting you to login when you click on Shutdown. Perhaps you did not log in with an admin account. NOt allowing you to shutdown the NVR. All Dahua DVR/NVR's require admin rights to shutdown/restart system you can try admin:admin or 888888:888888 then shutdown Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
