Are hikvision ip cameras any good?

Hey guys, I'm putting together a new system and trying to get the best bang for my buck... I have come across these ip cams for 149$ a piece, 3mp hikvision ip cams... Seems like a pretty good price or is that the norm? The ones on security camera king are 200+ for no name and not 3mp
