Spectra IV Ir Cut

I have a pelco spectra iv camera that was damaged in shipping

i was able to super glue the broken parts and it is working fine but the ir cut filter seems to of been flipped because it dont see IR in night mode and in day mode the image is really pinkish

 

Unlike the sony modules that most ptz's have, the is no easy way to see the ir cut filter and flip it

 

Any advice other than buy a new camera?
