zynek 0 Posted April 10, 2014 Hello everyone, Now im using dvr with P2P function which no need port forward and DDNS hostname, but when compared between P2P and DDNS, the P2P is very slow and more latency than DDNS. Does anyone know the P2P technologies how does it work? Thank you
Roman.CA 0 Posted April 11, 2014 P2P (perr-to-peer) in DVR name sound like just coined marketing phrase. Whats the model of DVR and how exactly you set it up to use P2P and how you connect to it?
Securame 0 Posted April 11, 2014 I have some products that also advertise and work with P2P. I do like them, so far. The catch; there is no need for opening ports or having a static IP. Do not ask me (yet) how it works, since I have not done any research. But I have seen it working, and it is a cool feature, indeed.
Roman.CA 0 Posted April 12, 2014 I mean can you tell me what steps you need to do to make it work or what is model of DVR you use?
