DVR password - caracters

Hello,

 

since recently I have a 8 channel ccctv system with DVR (without a brand). The setup worked fine and everything was accessible both local and by internet. Untill I configured the passwords using client software instead of directly on the DVR.

 

I used 7 digits(instead of the six on the dvr) and caracters that are not possible when I want to enter it on the DVR(like: !$&)

 

Now I can't enter the DVR system in any way or do a hard reset(removing battery didn't help).

 

Has anybody encountered a similar problem or know a solution.

Problem solved......was actually quite easy...just use the first 6 characters and discard the shift button.
