carrot 0 Posted April 15, 2014 Hello I want to download camera firmware I am on their website I see only 2 categories, IP 2 series IP 4 series. Do all their cameras share the same firmware? MaxIcon 0 Posted April 15, 2014 The series is based on the model number. For instance, the 2032 is a 2 series. Hard to say if all the cams share the firmware; you might want to ask their tech support to be sure. I only have 2032s. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
