Hello.

Software: EagleEyes (Lite+)

Android: 4.03

h.264 DVR recorder

 

I have remote access using a static ip with windows explorer to my cameras.

 

Trying to access the cameras with my Android and EagleEyes (Lite+) and

using the same ip, port and passwords EagleEyes shows: The IP address not accessible

Some more information:

 

I installed the utility "Port Scandroid" onto may Android and running the app with the remote routers ip (static) and the port of the DVR the port is recognized.

What is your DVR? I think EagleEyes only works with AV-Tech devices.

 

Also; the web port is usually not used when accessing from a client software.

On Windows I have to enter the IP and the port: 88.2.xxx.xx:89 to access the cameras.

I doubt EagleEyes will work with that, EagleEyes is for AV-Tech units. Why are you trying it?

 

Check your DVR documentation to know what Android software you have to use, or ask the seller.

OK, I'll write the distributor as the manual is not very clear.
