I'm testing this solution, it's live stream from Hikvision camera on youtube.

This way, using only 1.5Mbps upload, unlimited number of viewers can watch this camera.

There is even chat option on the right.

 

I made a few tweaks from my last try, and this time it should be smooth.

That is awesome. I researched this a while ago when Google announced Google Live but it was only available by invite, but now it appears to be available to all.
