Swann ADS-440, anyway to use as live stream public webcam

I have a swann ADS-440 IP camera I would like to use a public live view/stream webcam, the glitch I am having is creating a link that takes the user directly to the video stream without having to login...

 

I talked to Swann support with no luck, as they repeatedly told me it is not possible to even build a link to auto login .. that I know is not correct as I was able to do it for a snapshot from the camera .. see below ..

Whenever I try anything video related instead of showing a live stream in starts to download the feed instead of displaying it..

 

Some of the formats I've tried are ..

 

http://IPADDRESS/videostream.cgi?usr=[uSERNAME]&pwd=[PASSWORD]

 

http://IPADDRESS/videostream.asf?usr=[uSERNAME]&pwd=[PASSWORD]

 

.. but no live feed , any ideas would be great, it can be tested using guest/guest as user pass at http://mulligans.swanndvr.net:85
