Techview QV-3028 issues connecting from IPAD, Iphone Android

Morning,

 

My father in law purchased a Techview QV-3028 4ch DVR and it is up and running, it is connected to the Netgear D6200 router and we can access it via PC software with no issues on the LAN

 

The issues is on the LAN I cannot access it from any iphone. IPAd or Andriod device, it connects but advises it is buffering.

 

Tried allot of different software but all the same outcome.

 

Can any one offer any advise or assistance as once this is resolved I will setup the remote access and the port forwarding.
