hi i have just set up this dvr but one problem i have is the when i get email i get 3 emails

is the picture

 

2 email

Alarm event: Motion Detect

Alarm input channel No.: 1

Alarm start time(D/M/Y H:M:S): 2/5/2014 10:16:10

Alarm device name:

 

3 email

Alarm event: Motion Detect Clear

Alarm input channel No.: 1

Alarm stop time(D/M/Y H:M:S): 2/5/2014 10:16:19

 

please can some one help me

i just want one email with picture

Sorted try this

 

Note: For security reasons, please change the default passwords. Please refer to the manual provided. ENSURE YOU KEEP A RECORD OF ANY CHANGED PASSWORDS IN A SAFE PLACE.

2. The DVR is displaying System Locked after attempting to login

You have entered an invalid user/password more than 3 times. You can wait 30 minutes for the unit to reset. Alternatively power down the unit and then power up again to clear. Ensure you enter a valid user and password
