i got a surveillance system i'm upgrading i'm upgrading to a 1080p system with cat5 camera and cat5 on dvr question is my old camera which are good quality are bnc is there anyway i can convert them to cat5 or an adapter at the camera not the dvr that would convert them cat5 to bnc at the camera only

you need a codec- basically a unit that will change the bnc signal to an ip signal and transmit it across cat5. the codec will have an ip address and you will use that to connect / record the video from your camera. you will need a codec for each camera.

google cctv codec and take your pick.

I bought a bullet camera, which supply analog signal output. how can i match a DVR at the end for surveilliance in our store? please help me and give me the best solution, thanks.

any DVR that has analogue inputs (BNC connectors) will do the job, the bigger the hard drive the longer you can record.
