Help! Building a 8ch 1080p system

Been searching for a while, but still can't not make my decision on what should i do with the system i want to built.

 

I runs a pool hall, have outdoor carpark.

 

I am looking at installing 2 outdoor unit, and 6 indoor

 

Outdoor needs to be able to capture the Number Plate during the Night (Just 1 unit)

Indoor, no matters.

I wish to run all this and record and save them in Full HD 1080p, so as clear as possible.

30 days of record

Live streaming min 4, if 8 can be done would be even better

Hooking up to 32" Full HD display

Clients mode, from Iphone, Home PC etc...

 

But of course, am not wishing to spend a fortune.

 

seems a lot of people been using Hikvision camera, is there any reason why everyone choosing with this camera?

does Ebay, cheap chinese made 5mp for 1080p camera do as good?

 

Please let me know what PC requirement do i need.

8 Port or more POE switch (Do i need to run Gigabyte)

Intel I5, with 35w CPU

8GB ram

Cheap Gigabyte motherboard with HDMI output.

Western digital RED 4TB Hard drive.
