fldjs 0 Posted May 10, 2014 hey guys maybe you can help before I call Qsee and wait acouple of hours on hold. I have power to a good working camera but the picture wont show up on app. I have trouble shooted by replacing cam, cable, other channel etc but no picture on app. I have both qsee and supercampro apps and the same thing: no picture. WHAT I DO GET ON THE APP IS A GREEN LIGHT DOT AS OPPOSED THE THE BLUE LIGHT DOT. Maybe its a matter of getting the app to work but I cant figure it out. Please help. Thanks John also when i pull up the cameras on my tv, it doesnt state "VIDEO LOSS" like on a channel not being used. very strange. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tomcctv 190 Posted May 10, 2014 Hi. To save hours on q-see support you are best starting to find problems from the start. Even reading your post makes it hard to find a place to start. Does camera show on dvr ? Has camera ever worked ? Can you give more info on cable used and length of cable also type and size of power unit Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
