Different CCTV model(IP cameras & NVR) under same VLAN

If we have 2 different CCTV models to be connected under same VLAN ID, will the streaming cause to disrupt the network traffic?

No, the VLAN just divides those from the rest of the network. They will still be routed to the appropriate IP address. Unless there is more to that story, it should not be a problem at all. I have many, many cameras on a single VLAN (50 or more in some cases). Have you setup QoS to go with that VLAN or is this just for traffic management?

I didnt configure QoS with VLAN. And was not that familiar with CCTV through LAN. And actually I'm experiencing some problem on getting CCTV display on my laptop. Its behavior was that certain channels able to view while others remains black screen in the CCTV console. I do not understand whether is due to streaming problem. Plugin components are installed thru IE.

Yeah that is nowhere near enough information. To start with, what are the addresses of each device and does your NVR accept the VLAN tag?
