Problem with DVR AVC798ZA-D sys error 03-000

To our technical Department brought DVR AVC798ZA-D with a malfunction of the device generates an error message: SYSTEM ERROR 03-000.

This is the message I found in the system log. It occurs intermittently.

The client complains about problems with the recording on the hard disk.

Maybe someone already has faced this problem, tell me what to do.

Avtech Model? That has to do with the main board and is mainly unrepairable .. You could try the latest update 1021

Hope that you've resolved this problem... if not, it's a resolution error... check to make sure your display resolution... is set to the same resolution as it was on the initial set up.
