Samsung SRD-840 ipolis mobile problems

Hi,

 

Have had a Samsung SRD-840 installed recently.Have tried to set up the network access to the cameras with the following settings:

Local ip: 192.168.1.75

HTTP Port:85

RSTP port:558

 

I've forwarded these ports in the router on both TCP and UDP also. Port checker confirms this.

 

I'm using the Ipolis iphone app and whilst I can connect to the network, when it brings up the cameras it is unable to connect to them and will not broadcast the picture. This happens on both local network (wifi) and external.

 

If I visit 192.168.1.75:85 on my laptop connected via wifi, the cameras appear fine.

 

I'm lost for what to change right now!

Hi.

Please, try to set the Port on DVR (network-protocol setting) as 4520-4524 (these ports need to be portforwarded in your router).

Then, use RTSP as 4524 on your ipolis mobile.

Please, note Samsung used to use port 554-558, but has changed to 4520-4524
