Why is my video feed being washed out?

Hello,

 

I have this IP WiFi camera installed outside.

 

I have no glasses in front of the camera so there is no direct reflection of the IR.

 

The lens is separated from the IR.

 

I cant seem to find a good reason why my video feed should look like its being washed out.

Camera model? Is it happening during the day/night/both? Distance it's transmitting? What's the output on the power supply?
