Dedicated Micros 2060

Recommended Posts

Hi

I have just aquired a brand new DM 2060 dome, specifically the DM/2060-241, and set it up with presets with varying zoom levels. When calling a preset, the zoom operates at a consistent rate until right at the very end where it slows down for approximately 1 second and then jumps (speeds up) to its preset zoom point. Im not sure if this is normal behaviour as I have used other PTZ cameras that zoom at maximum speed all the way to their preset points without slowing down. Could anyone who has experience with these domes advise if this is normal?

Thanks,

Matt

Thanks. I think this must be a fault with the unit - will contact DM as its under warranty.
