How to capture the packets of DVR

Hello everyone,

 

i have a DVR in network and i want to capture the packet of its NIC kindly advice the way to make capture like this ...

-If you have an old ethernet HUB (not Switch...) you can hook DVR and PC running Wireshark up to it, PC will see all packets from DVR since HUB repeats all packets out of all ports.

 

-alternatively here's a passive LAN tap you could use to intercept data:

-otherwise a managed switch which supports Port Mirroring function would accomplish what you are looking for
