Help with Set up

Here is the front of my house.

 

I am looking to add probably 2 cameras to the front for added Security.

 

Would i be better with dome cameras?

I have been looking at the below = are they ok for what i want? or am i wasting my money.

The set up will sit below my TV so looking for HDMI output to view on the TV.

I would recommend you use IP Camera System if you want to see HD quality, but if you want to go with analog, i would go with at least 700TVL Quality if you want to see a good enough video through HDMI port. I would go with the second link you posted but if you can find them in bullets would be better especially during rainy days and being outside.
