get stuck in telnet a camera

i have a dahua camera and when i telnet it, try to remove file, i get stuck with the "read-only file system". i don't know about linux and so, don't know how to pass this,please give me guide, thanks verymuch

Try on /mnt/mtd/Config

1. i also try /mnt/mtd/Config , the same problem : "read-only file system"

2. what i want to remove is that file : passwd
