drkailey 0 Posted June 1, 2014 Everything running fine for months then yesterday the software just quit, all still working fine on the NVR. The login screen comes up and when the correct p/w is entered the screen disappears and nothing else happens. Task manager shows no activity. Help! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

shockwave199 0 Posted June 2, 2014 No, sorry to say. I only use PSS too, not smart PSS which I think is a different app. It shouldn't be a big deal at all to uninstall/reinstall. Just make note of your networking settings before you do to make it easier to plug that info back in just right. It could have gotten corrupted and needs a fresh install. It happens. Good luck. Here's the reply I got from them: Hello Terry, Thank you for writing back. We are currently having an issue with the software, we have escalated to the Research & Development team.
