Prostep 0 Posted June 2, 2014 I have this old DVR from about 5 years ago. There is no model or serial number on the DVR at all and I have looked everywere to try to find an answer to my question. I am hoping someone on here has some experience with this DVR and can tell me how to reset to factory default. I forgot the admin and account password so I cannot get into the DVR. I already tried pulling the battery from inside but all it did was reset the date and time. I have also tried the apps that use the date and time stamp to create a temp password with no luck.
