Wizzard96 0 Posted June 10, 2014 I read all the reviews and decided on this system, it looks to be fairly simple to set up and I do have a computer background so figured it would be a breeze. Everything has worked as planned until I try to view. I set up the ipolis.com website and went through the set up on the DVR as instructed, the website now shows the status is on but when I click the view Icon it tries to go to my site but comes back with Oops! Internet Explorer could not connect, anyone have any ideas? I have also tried the iPOLIS device manager and the smart viewer from Samsung with no luck. Dirk_D 0 Posted June 14, 2014 have you tried their tech support? https://www.samsung-security.com/support/technical-support.aspx Are you trying to hit it from inside your network?
