Security camera system recommendation for school outdoor

Hi all,

 

I need to set up a security system outside the school with 10 cameras. I need to have at least 720p and good quality during day and night as well.

 

I will need to keep the video feed for at least a month. I need to get a software to go over the different video and also to be able to have a look at the live feed when needed. Android and IOS is a nice to have but not 100% needed. I will need wired access as I don't really want wireless for this.

 

Could you please recommend a camera type for that purpose?

 

Also could you please tell me how many storage I would need and if the synology diskstation could work fine with the system I want to put in place?

What is the space of this school? I think you could use PTZ is ok.

No need to have such 10pcs, maybe 3-4 pcs is Enough, i think dahua SD59230S-HN, this is nice.

But i don't know your budget, i could supply you this.

If 10 cameras are needed then 3 to 4 PTZ s. Are not going to cover his needs

Budget, budget, budget. I always ask this question because we can recommend $200 Dahua/Hikvision Cameras or

$500 Sony/Bosch/Pelco.

How about use Dahua HDCVI cameras? They are cheap, but if send form China, this still can't cover your cost. So it's bit hard to find such cheap ones, but mostly cheap ones poor quality.
