celnut 0 Posted June 11, 2014 hi I bought a couple of CAM-PTZ-902-SSG cameras from Abancctv and hooked them up to my Swann DVR8-4000, they both work with the pan tilt and zoom etc. however, one of them I can set the presets up ok but the other does not seem to accept the presets. also the one that I have managed to set the presets up on, will not set up a patrol setting. any ideas anyone? celnut 0 Posted June 19, 2014 I sorted it the patrol problem was because I did not enter all the different presets separately, thats ok now. the second problem was that the camera would reboot when trying to set the presets. I found this to be the voltage drop as the camera tried to pan and re focus on pressing set. the extension lead was quite long so I shortened it and now the camera is accepting the presets. hope this is of some help to anyone with similar problems Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
