Hi guys,

it's been a while since my last post...

 

 

A friend of mine has 4 outdoor cameras (box-type, in enclosures with heater and fan), all Chinese "no name" and of course they are almost dead. Low light (night) images are blurry and not of any real use.

 

He would like 4 new cams, but he is on a thight budget. He will reuse the Fujinon varifocals (bought from the U.S., not China!). He'd like to only change the box cameras, as all wires, power supply (incl. a 12V car battery), DVR, etc. are all installed and working just fine.

About 600/700 TVL

About USD 100 per cam.

 

I have found 3 different cams, in the range of USD 85-120, and would like your input on them (random order):

 

Sony SSC-FB530

Samsung SCB-2001

CNB BBD-54F

 

I am also open to suggestions.

I have tried searching for info on these 3 cams here on the forum, but I get no hits. Not even my own post. Why not?

 

These 3 are my "baseline", but I am open to all suggestions from experienced people.
