Ed_C 0 Posted June 16, 2014 I have installed two HIKVision network cameras. I configured them to my sub-net and can access the cameras from my browser. The picture is just fine. When I try their Software iVMS-4200, the software "sees" the camera but I can not see any images. Any thoughts? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

They firewall will usually allow port 80 (standard webpage port) the software will usually connect on a different port, and you will need to either allow or port forward that port in your router settings.
