rayf937 0 Posted June 18, 2014 I have a Bosch 300 Series PTZ Camera with the Pipe mount IP module. (I can take pictures of anything if you guys need it). I have a small 24VAC plug in transformer, I'm not using the bosch power box right now. So the power is running directly to the 24VAC pins on the module and no power to the heater for the camera. I just wanted to test the camera without anything else. Anyway, the camera does its homing phase and looks to be operational, but I can't get a link with the ethernet port on the module. I tried plugging into a few different switches and even a hub and I can't get a link. Once in a while the ethernet port on the switch will flash but no traffic is getting passed. Is there a way to factory reset these cameras without looking at an OSD? Is there a switch/setting I'm missing to support ethernet? Could my power setup cause an issue? Thanks!
