Webgate PW reset question: Is that company still in business

Hi there.

 

I have a Webgate E10 and E104 for which I don't have the pw.

The support forum on their site no longer allows registration.

There are no posts there for several years.

Do not elicit a response.

 

Are they still in business?

 

I have their onetime pw FTP software tool, but I can't see how to use it.

Does anyone have the manual they would email to users with the reset key?

 

Or a solution, maybe an actual contact there?
