salvanost 0 Posted June 22, 2014 hello i got problem with my cctv recording 2 of my cctv channel cannot capture the customer face because behind them the exposure is to bright any solution how to improve the the cctv? maybe need to buy cctv with "extra menu button"? if yes what feature need to be activated? jazzar 0 Posted June 29, 2014 your camera needs to have this ability in order to activate it via the camera set up menus. if the cameras don't have this consider upgrading your cameras to a model which has WDR as part of its specification. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
