Recommendations for NVR software for home computer.

I'm using the hikvision one now but have a few complaints and want to search for other software options for my home desktop. This hikvision is free but I am will to pay if there is a nice software available.

 

Hikvision issues I have:

 

1. Motion sensor false trips. Tried to modify it to make it better but still false trips, live every minute.

2. Can't get email alerts working.

3. Slow search speed. Would like someway to automatically index to next event on recording.

4. Hard to compare motion trip time and change time on record to review.
