jjcool777 0 Posted June 24, 2014 i bought a used Panasonic wv-nw964 it was taken down from a working site that closed down. ive got it to turn on and display a picture. however i can hear the fan running constantly. is this normal? as i thought the fans only suppost to come on if hot? however unsure. buellwinkle 0 Posted June 24, 2014 Most if not all dome cameras with fans I've tested run them continuously. Some are louder than others. If the camera has been in service a while, open it up and see if the fan has crud on it and clean it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
